There is always an ongoing debate as to which is better, glasses or lenses. They both have their own advantages but contacts are a more practical option if you are into any kind of physical activity.

Young adults are more into Coloured Contact Lenses Many of them wear these even if they don’t have a correction number. The ones that have to wear correction lenses get the coloured contacts lenses customized for them. Glow Contact Lenses have also become quite a rage amongst youngsters.

Contact lenses are designed to provide comfort and give you correct vision. They should be handled carefully and replaced as and when needed. Besides, it is not advisable to sleep wearing your lenses. Contact lenses can be basically divided into two categories, long term and short term. The long term ones can be used over an extended period of time but the short term contact lenses have to be disposed after the particular given time.

So, whether your child is a teenager or in pre teens you need not worry about contact lenses as they are safe and easy to wear and does not make a child feel uncomfortable in any way.
